Hello!  My name is Holly Schmidt, and I am a Commercial Lender with Merchants Bank in Cottage Grove.  I have been in the banking industry for over 25 years and would love to help you with your business and lending needs.  I specialize in Commercial Real Estate - including SBA and conventional purchase financing, refinancing, business acquisitions, buildouts, multi-unit properties, warehouses and office buildings as well as investment/rental properties and operating lines of credit. I am able to finance deals in the Twin Cities Metropolitan area, as well as Greater MN and Western Wisconsin.  I love working and living in the same community and currently serve on the Chamber's Executive Board of Directors and am Board Chair as of October- 2026.
